I don’t bill insurance companies directly, but I provide detailed receipts after each session that include all the information your provider needs. Many clients are able to submit these to their insurance or workplace benefits plan for reimbursement. It’s always a good idea to check with your provider ahead of time so you know exactly what’s covered

Therapy doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all timeline. Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific challenge, while others choose to stay longer to explore patterns, heal deeper wounds, and grow over time. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, checking in regularly about your goals and progress. Think of therapy as a gentle walk, not a race.

There’s no homework or big prep required just bring yourself as you are. Some people like to jot down thoughts, feelings, or situations they want to talk about, while others come in and let things unfold naturally. If you’re feeling unsure where to start, that’s okay too. My role is to guide our conversation so you don’t have to have all the words ready. You can show up with a list, a jumble of feelings, or even a quiet mind.
