about me

My name is Kerry Macdonald (she/her). I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Mom of two. Lover of music, plants, nature, animals, yoga, a good laugh, coffee, astrology and pop culture (yes, we all have guilty pleasures).

My passion lies in working collaboratively with you to uncover hope, reconnect with your core values, and rediscover your authentic self. I’m here to support you in navigating life’s challenges by developing the coping skills you need to move forward with confidence and resilience. Alongside building these tools, I also work with you to explore the deeper patterns shaped by early life experiences and relationships. Together, we’ll explore your identity, patterns, and experiences, identifying areas for growth and meaningful change.

My approach is relational, person-centred, and strength-based, grounded in trust, empathy, and respect. Using evidence-based interventions, we’ll deepen your understanding of your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, empowering you to create your desired change.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit mental health sector, supporting children, young adults, families, and adults. This work has deepened my commitment to compassionate, person-centred care and a strong belief in the capacity for growth and change.

If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 20-minute consultation. Let’s explore the possibilities together!

I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing and growth!
